PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet device equipped with an air-conditioning device that improves ability to cool without evacuating heat of condensation inside a toilet room, and is constructed in a compact form and installed with ease. SOLUTION: In the flush toilet device equipped with the air conditioning device, a refrigerating cycle is made up of a toilet 8, toilet seat 14 for the toilet, water tank 12 storing rinsing water for the toilet, compressor 2, condenser 3 and an evaporator 5. The air conditioning device is provided to air-condition the toiler room. The air conditioning device and the water tank 12 are housed in a case 13 having a suction port 20 and an air outlet 21. The condenser is placed under the water surface in the water tank. The case is installed on the toilet at the rear of the toilet seat and connected to the water tank under a high water level. A discharge channel 15 is provided to let a small quantity of rinsing water flow to the toilet. One flow of water after another comes around the condenser in the water tank, so that heat of condensation can effectively radiated and the device can be constructed in a compact form.
