<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayered optical information recording medium which deals with the thickness reduction of recording and reproducing side substrates and an optical information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: Sheet-like tacky adhesive material which consists of resin material and has high thickness accuracy is arranged on the substrate having an information recording layer and the resin material having high transferability is arranged thereon and further, a stamper is arranged thereon and is peeled, by which the multilayered structure can be formed. The variations in the thicknesses are decreased by using the sheet-like material. Two kinds of the functions are divided to two kinds of the resin materials and therefore the development of the materials is easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
