摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for correcting image signal from an image sensor arranged on a plane. <P>SOLUTION: For pixels (i, j) on the image sensor 11, an image corrected with GW=F<SB>i</SB>(L<SB>ij</SB>(&phiv;)) between a radiation dose input in a detector and a resulting gray value GW is calculated. (where L<SB>ij</SB>shows the approximate linear behavior of a sensor position 10 and F<SB>i</SB>shows the non-linear behavior of a process unit 12.). A linear model function is used for the value L<SB>ij</SB><SP>-1</SP>working in reverse direction using a parameter calculated with a calibration measurement with different radiation dose &phiv;<SB>k</SB>and a non-linear model function is used for F<SB>i</SB><SP>-1</SP>working in reverse direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
