<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint having strong detachment preventive force, with which insertion of a pipe for inserting into the joint main body is confirmed. <P>SOLUTION: In the pipe joint for connecting metal pipes, a sleeve 3 having steel ball attachment holes 3h for storing a plurality of steel balls 4 arranged with an equal interval on a circumference, an inner O-ring 5 and an outer O-ring 6 are provided in a main body 1 having a male screw part 1d of the main body 1 at an end part and assembled with a nut 2 having a nut female screw part 2a at an end part of a side.
