<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a camera for a reader on a mobile apparatus represented by a small inexpensive cellular phone. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of frame images are formed by using a color area sensor having the relatively few picture element number. One still picture is formed by composing the plurality of frame images.
