<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of accurately and quickly simulating profit in case of installing a vending machine and verifying simulation results. <P>SOLUTION: After sampling a counter to be examined (S101), plan simulation is carried out (S102), and then simulation before proposal is carried out (S105, S106). In the simulation before proposal, simulation is performed by taking information (S104) of sale research results obtained during a period until a proposal step after plan simulation is performed into account. The simulation before proposal is composed of simulations before proposal 1, 2. In the simulation before proposal 1, simulation is performed from the viewpoint that how many what kind of vending machines are installed in an installation place.
