POLYISOCYANATE DERIVATIVE AND ACTIVERADIATION CURING RESIN COMPOSITION USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel polyisocyanate derivative which is self-emulsifiable and gives an emulsion of excellent stability when standing, and to provide an activeradiation curing resin composition using the same and being excellent in coating film properties such as hardness, antistatic properties, and antifogging properties.

SOLUTION: There are provided a polyisocyanate derivative in which the isocyanate groups of a polyisocyanate compound (a1) are bonded to the hydroxyl groups of a polyalykylene glycol derivative (a2) of a specified structure and to the hydroxyl groups of a hydroxyl-containing (meth)acrylate (a3) to form urethane bonds and an actinic-radiation-curing resin composition using the same.
