<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capacity without leading to a large structure in a humidity controller provided with adsorption elements. <P>SOLUTION: The humidity controller is provided with two adsorption elements (81, 82). In the humidity controller, a first action in which a first adsorption element (81) dehumidifies the air and a second adsorption element (82) is regenerated and a second action in which the second adsorption element (82) dehumidifies the air and the first adsorption element (81) is regenerated are repeated alternately. Each adsorption element (81, 82) is formed in the shape of rectangular solid by alternately laminating a flat plate member (83) and a corrugated plate member (84). In these adsorption elements (81, 82), humidification side passage (85) and a cooling side passage (86) are formed alternately on both sides of the flat plate member (83). When a first air is dehumidified in the humidification passage (85), the generated heat of adsorption is absorbed by a second air in the cooling side passage (86) in the adsorption elements (81, 82). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
