OPINION COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS DEVICE, OPINION COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS METHOD USED IN THE SAME, AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically sample people's opinions from document collection existent in the Internet to compare and analyze the opinions from various viewpoints.

SOLUTION: An object name collection and input means 1 of an input and output device 1 inputs an object name which is used by a plurality of users. An object name selection means 12 selects an object name to be analyzed among the object name collection inputted by an object name collection input means 11 by the users. A document collection and storage part 21 of a data processing device 2 stores document collection, and an opinion sampling means 22 samples the opinion included in document collection stored in the document collection storage part 21 and related to the object name inputted from the object name collection input means 11. An object comparison and analysis means 23 analyzes features of the opinion (opinion in a part) related to the object name selected by the object name selection means 12 for the opinion (opinion in general) sampled by the opinion sampling means 22 and related to the object name inputted by the object name collection input means 11.
