PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional television receiver that cannot highlight a particular link destination and cannot obtain an access history by distinguishing the particular link destinations because the conventional television receiver has not function of distinguishing the link destinations. SOLUTION: A particular link destination information storage unit 31 contains a particular link destination name and URL such as an advertiser advertisement side. A microcomputer 29 switches a process to a link destination according to whether the process object link destination is a particular link destination. When a link destination is displayed in icon, the particular link destination is highlighted. When a link of link destination is displayed, the particular link destination is displayed first. An access history storage unit 32 stores access history for a particular link destination. An information server 42 collects access history from a television receiver 10 and counts the number of accesses for a particular link destination. When an advertisement site is selected as a particular link destination, the number of accesses to the particular link destination is used as an index indicating the effect of the advertisement.
