PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon camera monitoring system for always automatically correcting a camera video at a fixed position. SOLUTION: A triaxial gyro sensor is set at a doom camera part, and attitude information is fetched by a control part, and the camera side moving amount is calculated by the control part. The control part outputs the calculated moving amount to a camera operator, and the camera operator transmits a control signal corresponding to the inputted moving amount to the camera side to drive the camera, and always holds the camera video at a fixed position.
