PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe support device which preventing a bolt from dropping, while working and facilitating attachment of the pipe. SOLUTION: The piping support device 1 with a pair of first suspension pieces 3 consists of a pair of piping support parts 11 having a turn buckle 6 with a first through-hole 5 for inserting a bolt 4, a piping receiving part 8 for supporting the piping, and a second suspension piece 10 with a second through hole 9. Each piping support part 11 pivotably supports the other end of piping receiving part 8 with a hinge 21. The piping support device 1 has a piping support tool 13 suspended and supported by the turn buckle 6 and fastened with the bolt 4 and a nut 12 and a bolt drop stop member 2, made of a material which is able to be pulled out, arranged between the first suspension piece 3 and the second suspension piece 10 of the nut 12 of a bolt shaft 14 attachment side.
