PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building provided with a connection beam capable of being easily executed. SOLUTION: The unit building has a plurality of building units having a box-shaped frame formed by connecting the upper and lower ends of the column 41 at the four corners to the ceiling beam 42 and the floor beam 43 and it is provided with a separate building unit 21 formed by arranging building units at every specified distance and a continuous beam 70 connecting mutually the separate building units 21 while keeping spaces formed between the mutual separate building units 21. The continuous beam 70 has long beam bodies 71 and joint plates 72 installed at both end sides of the beam body 71 and connected to at least one side of the upper end face and the lower end face of the column 41 of the separate building unit 21.
