<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing controller and a printing control method for executing the high level function of a printer without changing any program or the like by using an electronic mail. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of accepting a print request from a client machine with an electronic mail, a job accepting part 33 interprets attribute designated for the print request, and adds a head information part where the designated attribute is described to a print job, and transfer it to a job control part 37, and a job processing part 38 executes the print processing according to the described attribute.
