<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an end of a flat cable connected to a connector from causing vertical vibration. <P>SOLUTION: For the connector connecting structure for a flexible flat cable, in which a plurality of copper foil bands are arranged with a space, an insulating resin film is laminated on both surfaces of the copper foils becoming conductors, and a terminal is fitted at an end of each of the conductors to connect to a connector, portions of the insulating resin films are removed by a prescribed length with a space between adjacent conductors on a terminal fitting side, the insulating resin films are bent in an L shape without removing them on both sides in a width direction crossing at a right angle to the conductors, the terminals are inserted into a terminal receiving chamber of the connector to lock them, and the terminals on both sides in the width-wise direction are received and locked in a state that the L-shaped bent portions of the insulating resin films have been brought into contact with the inner surface of the vertical wall of the terminal receiving chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
