PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated inorganic filler scarcely containing aggregates. SOLUTION: The surface-treated inorganic filler is characterized by treating active hydrogen on the surface of the inorganic filler with a Si-H group- containing silylating agent and then adding a vinyl group-containing compound to the Si-H group to give the addition reaction product.
