PURPOSE: Provided is a method of cultivating organic vegetables which produces fresh vegetables economically without using any agricultural chemical or chemical fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A method of cultivating organic vegetables comprises the steps of: preparing a special mixed solution by mixing a vermin extermination solution containing 99% of a garlic extract and 1% of animal oil with pyroligneous liquid in a ratio of 1:1, and diluting the mixture in water in a ratio of 1:800; preparing an indigenous microorganism compost by mixing 10% of indigenous microorganism mixed with rice bran, 70% of cattle manure and 20% of compost; raising-seedling vegetables by dipping the seeds of vegetables in the special mixed solution; diluting the indigenous microorganism compost with water in a ratio of 1:800, and spreading it onto the target soil area, followed by plowing the area; transplanting the young vegetable plants to the soil area; and spreading the special mixed solution thereto till they are grown. |
