PURPOSE: Provided is a sulfuric water composition detoxified by loess which is added to the livestock feed to prevent the decay thereof and increase the nutrient elements thereof. The inorganic sulfur is detoxified by the catalase of the loess and the charcoal content. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a sulfuric water composition comprises the steps of powdering and mixing 10-40 wt.% of inorganic sulfur, 30-70 wt.% of loess, 30-50 wt.% of charcoal and 20-40 wt.% of germanium to make a mixed powder, followed by wrapping it with a non-woven fabric; and putting it into an oven filled with water, and boiling it at 100 deg.C for 5-10 hours. The sulfuric water composition is diluted with pyroligneous liquid in a ratio of 1:400 to be used as the feed additive.
