<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade capable of positively sufficiently preventing poor cleaning with respect to a spherical toner even under conditions, from low temperature and low humidity to high temperature and high humidity, a cleaner, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning blade of the image forming apparatus is formed of urethane rubber, and has a modulus of repulsion elasticity (JIS K6255) of not less than 20% at 10°C to not more than 70% at 40°C, a 300% modulus (JIS K6251) of not less than 200 kgf/cm<SP>2</SP>, and a tear strength (JIS K6252 crescent type) of not less than 35 kgf/cm. A tension set (JIS K6262) of the cleaning blade 3 is preferably not more than 2.5%, more preferably not more than 1.0%, and still more preferably not more than 0.5%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
