PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave/millimeter wave circuit device which can easily be produced and can improve productivity by downsizing its whole size. SOLUTION: The microwave/millimeter wave circuit device is equipped with a grounded conductor layer 4, a first dielectric layer 5 formed on the grounded conductor layer 4, a signal line 6 selectively formed on this first dielectric layer 5, a second dielectric layer 7 covering at least a part of the signal line 6, an opening 2 formed on this second dielectric layer 7 to reach the signal line 6, a monolithic microwave integrated circuit 1 arranged inside this opening 2 and connected to the signal line 6, and an antenna 3 connected to the signal line 6.
