PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to manage electronic communication using various techniques for future communication negotiations. SOLUTION: After a second interaction manager 180 has received a request for future communication from a first interaction manager 130, scheduled information of a first party 110 and a second party 190 that are related to these managers is acquired from one or more calendar systems, and an optimum time for future communication can be decided. Or, the second interaction manager 180 may receive a request for postponement of communication from the first interaction manager 130.
