PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent sheet material which has an excellent manufacturing efficiency and the small number of manufacturing steps and in which a working time can be shortened. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the transparent sheet material comprises the steps of preparing an arrayed unit 4 having a pair of comb-like pin jigs 5, 6 having plurality of pins 7a, 9a are linearly arrayed at a constant pitch and provided to be able to be engaged with each other, disposing a guide wire 1 so as to cross the plurality of the pins 7a, 9a of the jigs 5, 6, engaging the pins 7a, 9a of the jigs 5, 6 each other, further moving the one jig 5, disposing a first pin array 7 behind a second pin array 9 of the other jig 6, thereby bridging the wire 1 between the pins 7a and 9a of the jigs 5, 6 in a tensioned matter, and fixing the wire 1 of this state to a transparent adhesive layer of a transparent base material.
