PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized non-reciprocal circuit element in which wiring work is made satisfactory. SOLUTION: In the non-reciprocal circuit element, a plurality of chip capacitors C1 having first and second electrodes 22 and 23 are arranged inside a box-shaped second yoke 3 comprising a magnetic closed circuit together with a first yoke 1. A circuit board therefore can be miniaturized in comparison with the conventional element, satisfactory assembly workability can be obtained and further, the capacitance of the chip capacitors C1 can be controlled through a window part 3c of the second yoke 3, so that the non-reciprocal circuit element having a satisfactory electric performance can be provided.
