PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable adhesive film which is excellent in transparence and flexibility, and can be molded by a T-die extruder. SOLUTION: The biodegradable adhesive film is obtained by extruding a biodegradable resin composition on a cast roll by a T-die extruder to make a film, wherein the biodegradable resin composition comprises 30-60 wt.% of (A) an aliphatic-aromatic polyester resin, 20-45 wt.% of (B) an aliphatic polyester resin, 0-20 wt.% of (C) a polycaprolactone resin, 0.5-20 wt.% of (D) an adhesive agent, and 0.5-20 wt.% of (E) a plasticizer, the aliphatic-aromatic polyester resin being a polycondensation product of a dicarboxylic acid component composed of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid with a diol component composed of a aliphatic diol, the aliphatic polyester being a polycondensation product of a dicarboxylic acid component composed of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid with a diol component composed of an aliphatic diol and having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 1.0-9.0 g/10 min.
