PURPOSE: A slim video display device is provided to prevent a cable from being twisted when a video output unit of a monitor is rotated, and to rotate the video output unit smoothly. CONSTITUTION: In a slim video display device having a main PCB mounted in a base(2) of a monitor stand, a tilt hinge unit rotates a video output unit(1) toward the front and rear directions. A rotate hinge unit rotates the video output unit(1) toward the left and right directions. The rotate hinge unit includes a rotation shaft(41) and a hinge bracket(42). A module cable(61) and a power cable(62) extracted from the main PCB of the base(2) and a power are wound on the rotation shaft(41) through the left and right sides of the tilt hinge unit and inserted into an interior of the video output unit(1) through a cable passing unit of a bracket(42). A bridge(41a) is formed at one side of the rotation shaft(41) for preventing separation of the module cable(61) and the power cable(62).
