A front-rotary cultivator having a plurality of tillage tines provided at the front of a body and left and right driving wheels. The tillage tines include a plurality of forward-rotating tines arranged in the center of the body width and a plurality of reverse-rotating tines arranged transversely outward of the forward-rotating tines. The reverse-rotating tines are arranged in the same phase in a side view to simultaneously dig into the ground.
