<p>It is intended to provide a convenient and highly accurate method of judging and diagnosing the carcinogenesis risk group of, in particular, multiple squamous carcinoma which comprises detecting the presence of a gene polymorphism of alcohol dehydrogenase 3 (ADH3-2) allele and a gene polymorphism of alcohol dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2-2) allele in cell chromosome and judging a subject showing the presence of both of these alleles as belonging to the carcinogenesis risk group of multiple squamous carcinoma.</p> |
