<p>A synthetic resin bottle container of polygon in cross section capable of preventing shrinkage from occurring at a ground contact part to assure the self-standing capability thereof, comprising a neck part (3), a body part (5), and a bottom part (7) having the ground contact part (81), the bottom part (7) further comprising a center convex part (77) projected inward of the container formed at the center thereof, characterized in that a center convex part peripheral and bottom walls (79) having a step to occupy the lower part of the center convex part (77) and occupy the upper part of the ground contact part (81) is formed between the outside part of the center convex part (77) and the ground contact part (81) of the bottom part (7), and a recessed part (85) is provided in the ground contact part (81) at a portion where the recessed part can be formed with a smaller extension than that of a preform in a diagonal (L) direction.</p> |
