The switch has an operating element (1) supported by a pair of parallel linkages (V1,V2) arranged orthogonal to one another and coupled together by an intermediate piece (15), one linkage fixed at the opposite side to the intermediate piece and the other supporting a holder (5) for the operating element at the opposite side to the intermediate piece. The linkage axis planes for attaching the linkages to the intermediate piece lying in different planes.
