Coating compositions, in particular wear-resistant traffic marking compositions, and a method for producing wear-resistant traffic marking compositions are disclosed. In particular, traffic-marking compositions are disclosed that include an autoxidizable alkoxysilane and a polymer that, optionally, may bear autoxidizable groups or groups reactive with compounds resulting from the oxidation of an autoxidizable alkoxysilane.
