<p>Conduit, allowing liquid to trickle or pass in droplets into the soil, consists of a flexible thin-walled tube of sufficient mechanical resistance and impermeable to water, obtained by folding a thin band of material and jointing the edges with a seam, the liquid escaping through the orifices in the seam. The conduit is pref. of plastic material such as polyethylene. The seam is sewn using a thread of smaller diameter than the orifices. The conduit is of simple construction, and is long lasting and adaptable to any terrain.</p> |
