摘要 Disclosed is a polymer membrane (10) wherein biomolecules (12) are localized in the pores (11) for bioaffinity interactions. Said pores are essentially embodied in the form of open channels passing through the membrane (10). The membrane (10) is impinged upon with a solution on the supply-side (16), said solution containing a substance or a mixture of substances, and on the output side (16) consists of a mixture (19) of a product (21), which is modified by said biomolecules, and optionally, a non-modified substance (15). The invention also relates to a method for the production of one such polymer membrane (10), whereby means (20) for producing a turbulent flow are provided in the pores (11). In a possible method for the production of the polymer membrane (10), the solution fed to the membrane (10) is charged with corpuscular elements (20) and subsequently guided (10) inside the pores (11) of the membrane (10). The corpuscular elements (20) in the pores are left to react for a predetermined amount of time at a predetermined temperature. Finally, the primary membrane (10) is rinsed with at least one solvent, whereupon the non-adhering corpuscular elements (20) in the pores are removed from the polymer membrane (10). The biomolecules subsequently bind to the corpuscular elements adhering to the wall of the pores.
