A luminous light-emitting material in which luminous light-emitting pigment ingredients are mixed in a transparent base material and cured therein. The light-emitting performance such as the light emission at a predetermined brightness for a long time can further be improved by setting the viscosity of the transparent base material to be not less than 1 Pa.s (at 20 DEG C), and setting the content of the transparent base material to be in a range of 7 to 95 wt.%, and taking into consideration the relationship between the state of the structure of the formed body and the light-emitting performance.
