<p>The lead out wires of fine wound components and terminal pins are electrostatically sprayed with powdered insulation material e.g. polyester, all the pins being common to one pole of the electrostatic supply and the sprayer to the other. Electrophoresis may be used for the spraying. The finished coil may be coated overall being rotated during spraying and/or the former and core may be coated before winding.</p> |
