The torsion bar (C), positioned between the chassis and the wheel suspension (A) of a vehicle is normally fitted with a rubber bearing for the absorption of the longitudinal and transversal forces acting on the bar (C). A more precise and durable solution is offered by using a roller-, ball-, or slide-bearing (D) attached to the torsion bar (C) for this purpose, which is particularly efficient in motor sports.
