An allowance system and software program for generating and storage of measurement data determined with the aid of electro-optical device, such as laser measurement equipment. The allowance program is formulated by a formula code which is stored with a position number for each measured value which is ascertained by the electro-optical measurement devices and is formed into a verifiable measurement document which is formed according to GARB into a position number, a computer path, individual results and total results per position.
