The invention relates to geophysical well devices and can be used for acoustical action on formations in order to intensify the extraction of mineral resources. The inventive complex comprises a surface unit and a well instrument connected thereto by a single-core load-bearing geophysical feeding cable and provided with an acoustical emitter and a well amplifier. The intensity of mechanical oscillations of the emitter is measured with the aid of corresponding transducers and detectors which are included in a feedback communication system as a part thereof. The controller of the well instrument reads measuring circuits at regular intervals, said readings being converted are transmitted to the controller of the surface unit through a two way communication channel. Said communication channel comprises modems, current mixers and the central core of the cable. The transmissions of measuring and control signals are separated in time. The synchronisation of the transmissions is carried out by means of the controller of the surface unit which records the obtained data and commands by an operator in a non-volatile memory.
