<p>The invention relates to a security communication device and a method for carrying out personalized remote data processing transactions by means of said security communication device. The inventive device comprises a simple modulator (4) for transmitting a signal representing biometric data detected on the person carrying the device (8, 9) via a data transmission network. A clearance list server connected to the same network carries out predefined clearance tests and emits a clearance signal to a remote data processing service process, such as an on-line casino game, requested by the person who is in a biometric analytical relationship with the device (8, 9), in order to indicate that the process has been authorized and can be pursued.
