A multi-functional valve assembly comprises an isolating valve 1 connectable to receive water from a mains source. A meter 2 is provided for recording the volume of water which enters the assembly through the isolating valve 1. A first check valve 21 is connected to receive water leaving the meter. A control valve 3 is connected to receive water leaving the first check valve 21 and is operable to regulate the pressure or water flowing through the assembly. A second check valve is connected to receive water leaving the control valve and is operable in combination with the first check valve 21 to regulate the volumetric flow thereof. |
