PURPOSE: A back light device is provided to reduce consumption power, and improve the efficiency and brightness by applying a plane electric field emitting structure with two electrodes as an LCD back light device. CONSTITUTION: A transparent first substrate(101) is provided. Transparent electrodes(106) are formed on the first substrate. Electron emitting sources(107) are formed on the transparent electrodes for emitting electrons by an electric field. A second substrate(102) maintains a predetermined distance from the first substrate. A stereoscopic structure is formed on an inner surface of the second substrate and has three different heights from the second substrate. A conductive reflective film(104) is formed on the stereoscopic structure for reflecting the incident light. A fluorescent material layer(105) is formed on the conductive reflective film.
