PURPOSE: A method for supplying a free communication service is provided to connect the first call formed between a wireless communication terminal and a service system with the second call formed between the service system and a web site, thereby enabling a member to use a wireless Internet service for free. CONSTITUTION: A service system stores personal, ID, and mileage point information of a member in a DB(S110). A controller temporarily stores a number of a communication terminal, and a telephone connector attempts to connect a call to the terminal(S120). The member confirms a telephone number of the system, and forms the first call between the system and the terminal(S130). The telephone connector transmits guide information including remaining mileage point information to the terminal through the first call, and receives a service selected by the member(S140). The connector receives a receiver's telephone number, and a receiver telephone connector makes a call with the receiver's telephone number to form the second call between the system and the receiver's communication terminal(S150). The system connects the first call with the second call, and transceives voice information(S160). An accounting calculator calculates telephone charges, and stores remaining mileage points in the DB(S170).
