PURPOSE: An integrated circuit cooling device is provided to be capable of maintaining a high cooling efficiency and to be easy to install and maintain. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board(100) includes an integrated circuit(110). A cooling board(200) has a compressor(120), a condenser(130), an expander(140), and an evaporator(150) and is coupled with the circuit board so that the evaporator is closely attached with the integrated circuit of the circuit board. A portion of the evaporator is insulated by an insulation part.
