PURPOSE: A motor spring driving apparatus is provided to reduce a cost through a simple constitution and to improve a quality by preventing an oil from being leaked. CONSTITUTION: A closing spring(10) is pressed by a motor(5), and a closing latch(7) maintains the closing spring at a suppressed state. A crank shaft(12) is rotated by expansion of the closing spring, and a disk cam(13) is rotated by the crank shaft(12). A tripping plate(8) is rotated by the disk cam(13), and a tripping shaft(23) is connected to the tripping plate(8). An opening arm(17) is operated by rotation of the tripping shaft(23), and a driving lever(22) maintains a breaker at a closing state. An opening latch(6) makes the opening spring(18) compressed and expanded. An auxiliary switch(19) protects the closing coil and a trip coil.
