PURPOSE: An integrated device is provided to rotate the center shaft of the integrated device with only one driving force by integrating a cutting unit and a rotary driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A cutting unit(1) is integrated with the center of a shaft capable of rotating and moving up and down. The cutting unit cuts reel type parts. A hollow suction nozzle is formed at the center hole of the cutting unit, and sucks cut parts. A rotary driving unit(5) rotates the cut parts. A vertical driving unit(3) has a bearing for supporting a motor shaft in the rotary driving unit, and air cylinders(12,24).
