PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a relative gain in a wireless terminal is provided to substitute a read power operation value with a formula of obtaining an average code channel output power, and to perform a binary operation, thereby exactly leading a relative gain value and minimizing memory consumption. CONSTITUTION: A controller is in standby state(300). The controller checks whether a transmission power parameter is received(310). If so, the controller reads a power operational value corresponding to the transmission power parameter from a table of a memory(320). The controller substitutes the read value with a formula of obtaining a code channel output power, and performs a binary operation(330). If the transmission power parameter is not received, the controller returns to the step '300'. |
