PURPOSE: Provided is a floor material including vinyl chloride resin for preventing damage by tobacco light which lets aluminium flake added to a substrate layer to induce high heat to be expanded to the substrate layer so that it prevents other layers from being damaged by light. CONSTITUTION: The floor material including the vinyl chloride resin for preventing damage by tobacco light is characterized by laminating a filler layer(6), the substrate layer(1), a white vinyl chloride resin layer(2), a printed layer(3), a transparent upper layer(4), a surface treatment layer(5), in which the substrate layer is produced by infiltrating a sol into glass fiber mat wherein the sol is composed of 100wt% of paste resin of vinyl chloride resin, 20-80wt% of plasticizer, 1-4wt% of stabilizer and 3-60wt% of the aluminium flake.
