PURPOSE: Provided is a folding type table wherein an upper board, a support part and a holding part are independently separated or folded to reduce entire volume in folding so that it increases convenience in carrying. CONSTITUTION: The folding type table is characterized by comprising the parts of: the holding parts(10,10') which are attached to both lower sides of the upper board(20) with keeping triangular form; and the support part which are attached to both upper sides of the upper board to let a roof put on, in which a support bar is penetrated through both holes(21,21') and inserted into a fixed piece(11,11') of the holding part and four support bars(22) are connected to support poles(14,15,14',15').
