PURPOSE: A monomer mold nylon molded body manufacturing method is provided to improve the impact resistance using alkylbenzene. CONSTITUTION: A monomer mold nylon molded body manufacturing method is composed of steps of equally distributing liquid caprolactam to a first solution and second solution and cooling the solutions to 90¯92°C, putting 0.05¯0.1wt.% of sodium to the entire caprolactam as a catalyst into the first solution and putting 0.3¯0.39wt.% of toluenediisocyanate, 0.1¯2wt.% of alkylbenzene, 0.1¯2wt.% of paraffin oil into the second solution to react respective solutions, mixing the first solution with the second solution, injecting the mixture into a mold and stirring it without steam, and performing vacuum suction at the sealed mold and pressuring it with nitrogen gas and supplying steam at 160¯170°C.
