PURPOSE: A device for recording a telephone conversation of a cellular phone is provided to store conversation details of a call incoming to the cellular phone of a counselor in a telephone call recording storage device connected to a PBX, thereby removing any future disputes and protecting benefits of both parties. CONSTITUTION: A high impedance amplifier(12) amplifies an analog voice signal outputted from earphone output ports(15) of a mobile communication telephone terminal(11). An analog to digital converter(16) converts an output of the high impedance amplifier(12) into a digital signal. A digital voice compressor(17) converts a digital voice original sound outputted from the analog to digital converter(16) into compressed voice data. Storage media(18) stores the compressed voice data outputted from the digital voice compressor(17). The storage media(18) include a hard disk. The high impedance amplifier(12) is mounted on a transmission line connecting the earphone output ports(15) with the analog to digital converter(16).
