PURPOSE: A method for transmitting broadcasting service using a mobile communication network is provided to allow a broadcasting contents provider to transmit broadcasting signals using the mobile communication network and allow a recipient to receive the broadcasting contents using various media. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting service user requests a broadcasting service server to provide contents of a specific broadcasting service provider through wired/wireless communication channels. When the broadcasting service serve is connected with a service providing channel of the broadcasting service provider, the server transmits broadcasting service provided from the channel to the user. When the server is not connected with the channel, the server forms a service providing channel between the server and a broadcasting transmission system of the broadcasting service provider through a mobile communication network and transmits broadcasting service provided from the formed channel to the user.
